Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Illuminatek, we are committed to delivering high-quality lighting products. This policy defines terms for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations in compliance with Indian regulations.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made through:

• Website
• Direct sales / quotations
• Authorized distributors (unless otherwise specified)

3. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible if:

• Request is raised within 10 days of delivery
• Product is unused, uninstalled, in original packaging
• Includes all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, invoice
• Valid proof of purchase is provided
• Product is not damaged due to misuse

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized / made-to-order products
• Installed, commissioned, or used equipment
• Calibration, validation, testing, or service items
• Software, licenses, digital products
• Clearance / discounted items

5. Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Products

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos/videos and packaging proof
• Inspection or reverse pickup may be arranged
• Resolution: replacement, repair, or refund

6. Exchange Policy

• Applicable for wrong delivery or manufacturing defects
• Subject to inspection and approval
• Replacement processed post verification

7. Refund Policy

Applicable if:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Product passes inspection after return
• Replacement unavailable

Process:

• Timeline: 7–10 working days after approval
• Mode: original payment method / bank transfer

Deductions:

• Shipping charges (unless Illuminatek error)
• Restocking fee up to 10%

8. Cancellation Policy

• Allowed before dispatch only
• Not allowed after shipment
• Refund processed within 5–7 working days

9. Return Shipping

• Customer bears cost unless defective/wrong item
• Reverse pickup may be arranged

10. Inspection & Approval

All returns subject to quality check. Illuminatek may approve/reject based on condition.

11. Warranty

Warranty claims handled separately as per manufacturer terms.

12. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to events beyond control.

13. Limitation of Liability

Limited to invoice value. No indirect/consequential damages covered.

14. Governing Law

Laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
